Rationale
School will start at 9:10 am for all students. Sleep is imperative to a student's health. Sleeping in a little later, and not having to wake up super duper early, will improve the student's grades tremendously. It is also necessary that the school day does not end too late. We do not want to tire out the kiddies too much. We wants to leave them with time to do what makes them happy, like a sport or an exciting after-school activity. That is why our longest school day will end at 2:20PM, three times a week. On a Wednesday,  school will end for all students at 1:35 PM. If a student so desires, he or she may take an EXTRA ELECTIVE**. The Extra Elective can be a college now, an AP course or even just another high school elective. Since our school day will end earlier, this will help students that one too broaden their horizons. The EXTRA ELECTIVE** will also meet on Fridays after the school day is over, which is at 12:50. This way students can go out and enjoy their friday nights! ;)
